Our organizational structure is based on functional structure where the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is in the head of the top management, the Human Resource Manager (HRM) is the second most important person in the organization after the CEO, the Head of Software Development, Public Relation and the Finance Officer are directly under the HRM. Finally, the Application Developer, Creative Developer and the Network Administrator are considered as low level managers managed and controlled by the Head of Software Development.
